More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.

Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.

Further images made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
